    Fitting Sn 3d and early oxidation

    Hi, I am trying to fit the angular spectra of Sn 3d, those were obtained first using Sn in its pure metallic form and then it was exposed to oxygen for 10 seconds to obtain an early oxidation state. The problem is, as can be seen, both spectra share the same peaks.

        Now we expose the Sn to oxygen for 3 minutes. I used the same peaks to fit it. Here, the red one suffers a shift. Then, I know I have an oxide, but is my first oxide state or a new one?
